Mission

Creativity Meets Technology

The mission of UniCEP Art Olympiad is to inspire creativity, innovation, and responsible technology use among school students by challenging them to create compelling posters and images using Artificial Intelligence tools.

Through guided prompts and thought-provoking topics, this competition encourages young minds to explore the power of visual storytelling, while learning how to harness AI ethically and imaginatively.

We Aim To

Spark interest in digital creativity and design
Promote critical thinking on real-world issues through artistic expression
Equip students with 21st-century skills in AI, media literacy, and visual communication
Provide a platform for students to express their unique perspectives

By participating in UniCEP Art, students will not only enhance their artistic abilities but also gain valuable insights into the ethical implications of AI in creative fields — empowering the next generation to become responsible digital citizens and innovative thinkers.

Rules of UniCEP Art

Be Clear and Detailed

Describe the style, colors, theme, and message you want in your poster or image.

Include Text (if needed)

Specify any slogans, titles, or captions to appear in the design.

Specify the Mood

Is it cheerful, dramatic, minimalist, futuristic, or vintage?

Mention Key Elements

Include objects, backgrounds, or symbols you want featured.

Keep It Creative

Feel free to experiment and mix styles or ideas.

Respect Copyright

Use original ideas or public domain elements. Avoid copying protected images or content.

Rules & Regulations

Please review the official rules governing the UniCEP Art Qualification and Global Rounds.

General Rules

UniCEP Art Olympiad is an international competition open to students aged 7 to 18.
The Olympiad consists of two rounds: the Qualification Round and the Global Round.
Students may register online through the UniCEP Olympiad website or via official country representatives.
The registration fee is $30.
All registered participants submit a poster or image for judging in the Qualification Round.

Qualifying Details

Students who are awarded Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Honourable Mention in the Qualification Round are eligible to participate in the Global Round.
Global Round qualifiers must complete a separate registration on the official website or through their country representative and provide the necessary travel documentation.
Details regarding the venue of the Global Round will be announced closer to the event date.

Awards for the Qualification Round

Students who qualify for the Global Round receive a Certificate of Achievement and a medal based on their Qualification Round judging score:

100 – 90	Gold Medal + 10% discount
89 – 70	Silver Medal + 7.5% discount
69 – 40	Bronze Medal + 5% discount
39 – 20	Honorable Mention Certificate
19 – 0	Participation Certificate

Top-ranked entries in the Junior and Senior categories receive an additional +15% discount on Global Round registration fees.

Awards for the Global Round

The top 10% will receive a Gold Medal.
The next 20% will receive a Silver Medal.
The next 30% will receive a Bronze Medal.
The next 40% will receive an Honorable Mention Certificate.

Top-ranked entries in the Junior and Senior categories will receive special prizes.
