About the Olympiad
What is JEO-SEO?
JEO-SEO — Junior English Olympics and Senior English Olympics — are international Olympiads organized by UniCEP and Miss Man in 2020 with the mission of promoting the importance of the English language and connecting children from around the world.
- Promote international cooperation through English language competitions
- Encourage integration and shared identity among global youth
- Challenge students to demonstrate their English language proficiency
- Serve as role models for peaceful coexistence and educational excellence
- Foster friendly relations, mutual respect, and a spirit of healthy competition

Rules & Regulations
Please review the official rules governing the JEO-SEO Qualification and Global Rounds.
General Rules
- JEO-SEO Junior-Senior English Olympics is an international competition open to students from Grades 1 to 12.
- The Olympics consists of two rounds: the Qualification Round and the Global Round.
- Students may register online through the UniCEP Olympiad website or via official country representatives.
- The registration fee is $30.
- All registered participants will take an online qualifying exam or paper-based exam for the Qualification Round.
Qualifying Details
- Students who are awarded Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Honourable Mention in the Qualification Round are eligible to participate in the Global Round.
- Global Round qualifiers must complete a separate registration on the official website or through their country representative and provide the necessary travel documentation.
- Details regarding the venue of the Global Round will be announced closer to the event date.
Awards for the Qualification Round
Students who qualify for the Global Round receive a Certificate of Achievement and a medal based on their Qualification Round performance:

Diamond winners (youngest and fastest top scorers of each category) receive an additional +15% discount on Global Round registration fees.
Awards for the Global Round
- The top 10% will receive a Gold Medal.
- The next 20% will receive a Silver Medal.
- The next 30% will receive a Bronze Medal.
- The next 40% will receive an Honorable Mention Certificate.
Diamond winners (youngest and fastest top scorers of each category) will receive electronic devices as prizes.
